Percent of youth receiving only community-based services out of all youth receiving CSA funded services. Community-based services include: community services, special education private day services, and wrap-around services for students with disabilities. The numerator includes youth who only receive CSA-funded community services during the program year; the denominator represents youth receiving any CSA-funded service during the program year.
