This measure is calculated using information from the Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy’s automated enforcement systems. Records of violations show date issued, target date for correcting the violation, and date the violation is corrected. The percentage is calculated based on total number of safety violations corrected by their due dates divided by the total number of safety violations issued.
