This measure is being changed to look at the number of schools who exceed this amount by 15% or at least 1,242 hours. The baseline is determined by reviewing reports for the previous fiscal year for the number of hours of instruction for each school. The number meeting the 1,242 hours of instruction is divided by the total number of schools.
