Budget Unit provides budget for Food Service staff as well as food and food supply budget for the facility Budget for Staff is then divided by the ADP and 365 days to receive a daily cost. Budget for food and food supplies is given on a daily basis. Budget then provides the average Quarterly ADP for each facility to the Regional Food Service Staff. Budget downloads from the Department of Accounts the dollar value that is spent for the reporting quarter on food, food supplies and staffing cost.
