We take into account only those individuals who have completed one or both programs. The recidivism statistic is calculated based on a 3 year re-incarceration rate. The closing of White Post Diversion Center may have impacted the overall recidivism rate for graduates from a Detention and/or Diversion Center. Offenders who might have graduated from the full program at White Post may have been released early with a reason other than graduation.
