Source: Service Process Lifecycle Management Calculation: Total process time is the time between initiation of a new or changed service and transition to operations. This data is calculated through the service portfolio lifecycle management process and compares current fiscal year performance to the baseline which was established in August 2015. Currently, we are measuring cycle time from end to end, but are capturing data for each stage in the process so that eventually we can begin to analyze the data to determine potential bottlenecks in the process.
